What breed and gender do I have?

Hi these are two of our chickens. We have four but the other two wouldn’t let us grab them to get a picture. The lighter one I put 2 pictures wasn’t sure if either one was good. They are 12 weeks olds.

Thanks in advance. There are the two I’m really wondering about. The other two I’m pretty sure they are hens.

They are both so mallow! They are the only ones that allow my husband and kids to pick them up. So weird. Ugg. But I was already thinking that.

Unfortunately I've heard a lot of people say that their most mellow chicks/juveniles often end up being male :/
