What breed and gender does my friend have?

Please help. My friend has three chickens. Can you tell us what breeds they are and if they are roosters or pullets? I think the white and black one are pullets but the other red one we are unsure of. She/he has not crowed and are 13 weeks old. Also she/he has started to act like they are laying an egg. Help?

Second one looks like a EE pullet.

The first one could be a Buttercup cockerel, I would like to see a front-on view of that comb. The others appear to be Easter Eggers.

Thank you everyone. We live in a city and backyard laws don't allow Roo's. She will be so sad. This chicken is so sweet too. Very big and yellow legs. I raised all if them from eggs and gave it to my friend who wants egg layers.
