Actually he is very healthy! He is a very odd looking chicken though. Some of his feathers stick out and he usually has an upward stance, and he will also pull his head in when he stands. Thanks though!That is an Easter Egger of the male variety. He looks rather sick, in the picture. Is he alright?
I'm not trying to be picky, but he looks stunted. Have you tried supplying vitamins/minerals? Some chickens have a genetic deficiency where they are unable to uptake certain nutrients properly.He is a shy little guy. He is very small as well. The other rooster his age is twice his size. I think he may be a bantam. He is 4 1/2 months old but he stopped growing at 2 months. He is even smaller than my newhampshire chicks that are 2 1/2 months old!
