I have a 4 1/2 month old chicken and I can't tell the breed or gender. I would like some help on this please.

That is an Easter Egger of the male variety. He looks rather sick, in the picture. Is he alright?
Actually he is very healthy! He is a very odd looking chicken though. Some of his feathers stick out and he usually has an upward stance, and he will also pull his head in when he stands. Thanks though!

He is a shy little guy. He is very small as well. The other rooster his age is twice his size. I think he may be a bantam. He is 4 1/2 months old but he stopped growing at 2 months. He is even smaller than my newhampshire chicks that are 2 1/2 months old!
I'm not trying to be picky, but he looks stunted. Have you tried supplying vitamins/minerals? Some chickens have a genetic deficiency where they are unable to uptake certain nutrients properly.

EDT: I'm just going to tag some more experience members of this site so they can tell me I'm imagining things. @Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive @azygous @casportpony.

I agree that he doesn't look well and if he stopped growing at 2.5 months that also indicates there is sadly something amiss with him. Pulling the head in often means they are unwell and that stance just makes him look sick to me too.
What is it that makes you so confident that he is healthy?
I too would recommend getting some poultry vitamin supplement into him. What does his poop look like?
