What breed and gender is my mystery chick?

Barnyard mixes, all of them. The thing with mixes is that you can speculate about their background (like the roosters with leg feathers may be part Cochin) but you don't know what genes they might be carrying as recessives so chicks can be surprisingly different than their parents. Kinda like when two brown-eyed people have a blue-eyed child.
