What Breed and Gender is my new addition?

    I have a new addition to the henhouse. I need help identifying it's breed and gender. Any thoughts or opinions?

    blue orpington roo? i might be wrong with the leg color i see there. but i'm still a newbie to some of the breeds i don't have yet.

    He is Blue Orpington.Check the color of legs.Suppose to be slate with pinkish parts.Yellow on legs will say Rock
