What Breed and Gender is my new addition?

I thought it might be a Roo which means he can't stay...unfurtunately. I have an aggreement with the neighbors that there will be no early morning wake up calls from my birds. This young man appears to be some time from delivering wake up calls but it will only take one to upset the balance we have here. I am on the way to trade HIM for a HER today. He is a beautiful bird for sure!

Thanks for helping with identify the breed and comfirming my susspisions on the gender. I knew the BYCers wouldn't let me down!

He's definitely a rooster, but I don't think he's Andalusian. Maybe a cross, but he seems too heavy-bodied to be pure Andalusian. Pretty color though, I like the blues!
