The NZ/English standard calls for a crest. It also calls for blue legs (the chick has yellow/green).

Even it is a mix, in New Zealand it would STILL be considered an Araucana. They have 3 kinds of Araucanas over there. The tailess (British style Araucana with beards, tufts, and no tails) the Tailed (Blue or green eyes, tails and muffs/beard) and as you mentioned, the cresteds ( muffs, beard, tail, crest). They have different standards from here...
