What breed and gender is this 6-8 week old bird?

When we bought this bird I thought it was in a Minorca bin but my husband thought it was in a Black sex linked bin. Can anyone help us figure out what this black beauty is and also the gender if possible?

Looks like a Black Australorp. Are the bottoms of it's feet pinky/gray?

Yellow bottoms of feet = Jersey Giant
White earlobes = Black Minorca
