What breed and gender is this and when should I kill it

Can anyone please tell me the breed and gender of this chicken and when I should kill it I bought it a week old during the beginning of December 2016

That's a Pullet, I'm not sure of the breed. Generally chickens are butchered at 8 weeks old

Where did you get it? How old is it? I'm leaning towards it being a pullet. What do you mean 'when should I kill it'? Do you want to butcher it to get rid of it or to eat it?
