What breed and gender is this baby?

I recently picked up some chicks from the local feed store and grabbed one out of the "mixed box", but I cant seem to figure out what breed it is. It appears to be an Easter Egger from what i can tell, any opinions? I would also like some opinions on gender if yall can guess it! It is the grey one with the enormous feet!
