What breed and gender is this chick?

Hi! I recently got this chicken from someone who doesn't know the breed or gender of this chick. I'm told its age is around 3.5-4 weeks old.
I'm curious to know what breed this chick is and if they're a pullet or cockerel TIA

Not sure of breed but it looks like a pullet

It’s too young to say the sex but so far nothing says cockerel to me. What did it look like as a chick?

Can't really see the feet's but if they're yellow( Rhode island red) if they aren't I'd say production red
