Thank you guys for the suggestions and pullet answer the main reason I was questioning was because of the teal i am seeing in the feathers.

Sometimes cochin tails start like that, especially if they are not being bred for bobtails. The tail also looks really fluffy like a cochins. She definitely could be a booted bantam though.

Many black chickens have a teal sheen to their feathers, both males and females.

I do believe it to be a hatchery quality Cochin bantam. Overo would say it's a Brahma.
