a correct black tailed dutch bantam pullet would look like this.

Heres were you went wrong, they should not have black on their neck or in the wings (especially that much) like the bird the OP posted. I dont think even after it molts I dont thinIt will have the correct coloration. If this is a Black tailed buff dutch bantam, it is a pet quality example.

I know they shouldn't but this one by the looks of it is inbred which can cause the coloration in the birds to get messed up a little . Also your post sounds a tad offensive but I will not take it as an offence .

No, she may (possibly) have Dutch bantam in her, but she deffinetly not pure Dutch bantam. Firstly, she has white in her wings, second she has black on her neck and wings (inbreeding has NOTHING to do with that), her comb is completely wrong for a Dutch (Dutch bantams are supposed to have single combs) and her feet are slightly the wrong color.

This is the result of inbreeding . This isa browns legs are paralysed due to a breeder inbreeding her parents as brother and sister over and over.

I don't want to delve deeper into this subject. The OP asked what breed her bird was and many of us gave our answer. I don't want to take away from that question.

I think the reason she's standing like is because of nervousness. My young birds, unused to posing for the camera, stand like because they are nervous. I don't see anything wrong with the bird as far as health goes.

X2. Long story short she is a mixed breed, possibly having some dutch in her. But she is not a pure Black tailed dutch bantam

To my knowledge, chickens have no issues with inbreeding. You may get color leakage by crossing some varieties, but inbreeding won't do that.

Not to start an argument, but she doesn't look like a Dutch Bantam to me. Black Tailed Buff, for one, is a very rare variety of Dutch Bantam. Dutch Bantams have single combs, and this bird appears to have a rose comb/pea comb. Her earlobes should be white, while these are a pale skin color. They body shape is wrong, too. (its too long). Lastly, the legs should be a darker slate blue.
