What breed and gender?

I have 2 13-14 week old chickens. A GLW and a ?. Both of them need sexing, but I would also like it if someone told me what ? Was.

Your mystery bird looks like a splash Andalusian. They both look girly to me. My Wyandottes cockerels were pretty easy to pick out around 6 weeks or so.

I'm not sure on breed but both look like girls to me, too. I don't see anything that could be saddle feathers and their legs look clean. I don't even see knubs that would become spurs.
