What breed and gender?

Hey guys!! I'm about to get my next chicken, and I think this is the one I'm going for!! I just wanted a bit of advice to make sure she is a girl and what breed everything thinks (as it wouldn't be the first time this place has said it's a hen and turned out to be a rooster)The owners have said the breed is a bantam Australorp or copper Marans. Apparently about 16-18 weeks old.

I'd say Bantam BCM. Depends on egg color though. If it's not a dark brown she's likely just a bantam x.
