At 20 weeks any pullets should be laying or showing signs that they are about to lay.Wait just a second my friend.
OP says these birds are 20 weeks old.
3,7,8,14 are pullets.

They all look like they are RIR roosters bc of thier neck feathers and their saddle feathersThese are10 different birds about 20 week old RIR or Red Rocks. I have a feeling they are all RIR but not sure. Also not sure about the gender
