What breed and gender

this is a picture of my lavender orpington and its about the same size comb although in the picture it doesn't look like it but that's because her comb is gray not so much red and I know im sorry about the pic not being better but its the best I can give right now

It's a cockerel.

It is a cockeral. It crowed this morning. About 9 weeks old.
