What breed and genders are these?

White Plymouth Rock roosters. Hate to say it, buuuuut... if that's what they are, they'd make excellent soup birds...

The second one looks roo. The first is hard to tell. I remember back in high school doing AG class we raised hatched out chicks. I was able to bring home 2 chicks. They were both leghorn & both had a good size comb set up at a young age. They both were hens. Around 12wks send pictures of the tail feathers, that's the next big clue.
