We are really hoping it is a roo, considering we have named him Phil after the dancing chick on Hop because that is how he looked when he was a baby.

Any clues what breed he is? Or even if it is a he?

Any help would be awsome... thanks!!!

We got him at a day old from Atwoods a few days before Easter. This was taken a few days ago.

Thanks! I am rather new to chickens and I can't wait to see what they will look like when they get older. I do have some of the fancies, so I can kinda tell on those, and to be honest, I was wanting a Rhode Island Red. :) But the Gold Sex link ones look cute too.

It has been some time, and I hope easier to tell for sure if Phil is a roo or a hen. I am still holding out hope that Phil is a boy.

Phil was born a few days before Easter and these pics were taken today.

Sorry about pic two being a bit darker, Chickie does not like having his pic taken. lol

I was so worried it would end up a hen, even after they lady at the store told us, "here's your big boy roo" :(
Phil was making all kind of noises at me, so maybe she'll just be a noisy girl.
