What breed? And is this a rooster?

Ok so not sure what these two are and this RIR I was told was a hen but it's starting to look like a roo. Any thoughts? Thank you all for your help.

No clue what she is but she's pretty and mean to the it her chicks and skittish.

Not sure what breed this is. Was told a Easter egger or Ameracuna

The first one looks like a sicillian buttercup
the second a welsummer
The third looks like a roo to me

Buttercup or Golden Campine pullet ( I can't see the comb very well on my phone. If its a single comb, she's a Campine. )
Brown Leghorn pullet
Rhode Island Red rooster

Either a Sicilian Buttercup or a Golden Campine and as RoostersCrows,HensDeliver said she is a Golden Campine if she has a single comb.

Welsummer pullet, I can't tell very well from the picture but if her earlobes are white then she's a Welsummer, Brown Leghorns have white earlobes.

So is it a rooster?

Now I've had a rooster before. He's very nice and friendly. The things that we can't have a rooster cause I guess it's against a noise ordnance. So I'll ask my neighbors if they don't mind and if they do I'll have to find him a good home. It'll be hard cause he's my favorite out of the flock. Thank you all for your help.
