What breed and pullet or cockerel?

I got the eggs from Amazon 5 out of 8 hatched but I have another one that looks like him and they have feathers on the feet as well.

I thought they were but now that I read the description its all kinds of breeds mixed together I even got a mini chicken in the bunch. Is he a rooster too?
