What breed, and roo or pullet?

My husband and I are trying to figure out what this one is. We think it might be an Easter Egger, but we're not sure. Still trying to figure out if it's a roo or not, also. Thanks!

I must say I'm disappointed in it being a roo. It's the only one of that kind that we picked up and I was hoping it was a pullet. We had picked up 15 chicks in a mixed bin at our local feed store. All but one of the roos are destined for the stew pot. If anyone in my area wants an EE cockeral, let me know before that happens.
