Silkiemomma, I agree with the other poster that it may be a poor quality crele oegb. But it's hard to say for sure without a better photo.

As far as #3 in the op, don't black Japanese have yellow legs?

That's not a Seramas.
That is a "Crele" Old English Game Bantam with incorrect leg color.

I use to work at a vet's office and they have a test for breeders of any animal that if you question if their pure or mixed you can do this test an they can tell you every breed that is in the animal and they let us workers test run it with one animal each and I tested him, my mother tested her dog, an one of the other girls tested her horse an my boss tested their dog also. test for my roo came back serama. so yes he is a serama!
