What breed are my bantams?

Both have feathered feet,the rooster appears to be younger but both are from this years hatch. The hen has fluffy cheeks and the rooster has a beard . Any ideas?

Perhaps Japanese blacktail. They come in a few colors and buff is one of them. I think they are both japanese blacktail perhaps mixed with bantam EE in order to have the fluffy cheeks.
Just a guess but may be a starting point.
