What breed are my birds

I only know one of my chickens breeds because we bought it as a baby, but my turkeys, rooster and other hens I have no clue what they are. Please let me know if you have any idea, thank you!

Lol the people I rescued them from swore up and down there was a male and female so I named them Henry & Henrietta and come to find out they both are females. I was so new to birds when I got them and thought Henry was sick/hurt the first time she was laying an egg

Oooooh ! I was wondering about turkey eggs the other day. DO they taste good? are they HUGE?

She is about 17 weeks old and shes about the same size as my fully grown hens but alot bigger than the other chick her age.
