What breed are my birds

I only know one of my chickens breeds because we bought it as a baby, but my turkeys, rooster and other hens I have no clue what they are. Please let me know if you have any idea, thank you!

Lol the people I rescued them from swore up and down there was a male and female so I named them Henry & Henrietta and come to find out they both are females. I was so new to birds when I got them and thought Henry was sick/hurt the first time she was laying an egg :)

Oooooh ! I was wondering about turkey eggs the other day. DO they taste good? are they HUGE?
