What breed are my geese please

I have recently brought two geese (never had geese before). One is white with blue eyes and a very small bump on his head. The other one is grayish with a white tail. If anyone could tell me their breeds it will be much appreciated. Also not sure of the gender of the grayish one. How do you tell gender apart in geese?

I think the brown one is a Toulouse goose. The white one might be an Embden goose or a Tufted Roman goose. But I'm not sure.

Toulouse and maybe a Tufted roman cross? Or pure. I don't know much about tuft genetics

Looks like a Toulouse or Toulouse cross for the grey one. Here's a blatently stolen internet pic for comparison
