what breed are these 2 chickens?

The second one is a birchen cocin

If the second bird were a Birchen Cochin, it would have yellow legs and feet. Not blackish-green. Maybe its a Cochin or Brahma crossed with an EE. What type of comb does it have- straight? Its hard to tell from the pic...
