What breed are these 2?

One is supposed to be an Easter egger. The other an olive egger. They’re both just over 2 months old (hate date of June 29th-ish).

But the supposed EE doesn’t have a beard or tufting of any kind.

There are many types of EEs now offered by the hatcheries, and they are variable in appearance. Many have single combs and no beards. So these could well be exactly what they were sold as. However, the one that is supposed to be the OE looks more like an Easter egger to me, color wise. Who knows? Best to evaluate when they lay.

The egg color for your bird maybe coming from a mix with cream crested leg bar instead of the traditional americauna type mixes.
