I got 2 baby chicks they are both 6 weeks old and away from heat. I didn't ask what breeds they are though as I just let my little girl pick them. I've been assured they're both girls. Anyone got any ideas?
What breed are these babies?

The redish one looks like it could be a Golden Comet and the white one a Leghorn, but then I see some speckles so maybe not. I'm no expert! If the redish one is a Golden Comet, lucky you!! Ours is an awesome girl, great layer, super friendly and funny as heck! Our Leghorn is Miss Bossy Chicken...

I was thinking the reddish is either a golden comet or a buff Orpington? Not sure on the white tho... I did think leghorn but the speckles make me think maybe a light sussex? Not sure they are super cute tho! X
The golden one is too dark to be a buff orpington so I would say comet for sure but, I could be wrong. Quick question did the white one have black spots all over it when it was a chick. If so it could be a Plymouth Rock
