What breed are these hens and roosters?

I bet they're older than. Ascites I believe can be caused by poor ventilation and with the feather plucking too, I bet these poor girls were locked in a cramped space some of the time. Or perhaps the feather plucking is due to low protein. I wonder if you gave them flock raiser food or something with about 20% protein or higher like game bird food (along with supplemental oyster shell) that they would start laying a bit better due to less stress

I saw the coop they lived in it was very large (big enough for around 2 horses and he said he let them out everyday so i dont think ot was due to that however i will get them more protein feed is there any toys i can get them like parrot toys or make tham a small pond?
