What breed are these hens?

Bought them today and am not sure what breed they are.

It's hard to tell from the pic, maybe Welsummers? Can you get a profile pic of one standing, including the legs?

They have feathered legs so it would be hard to get a good shot of the legs, i think the one on the left is standing actually, they're quite small. Just looked up wellsummers and i dont think they are them.

But a full body shot including legs would have shown me they had feathered legs, which is important in determining breed

It also helps us see how the bird is built, that can vary a lot from breed to breed.

Maybe partridge cochins.

I took a few more photos trying to get a full body shot but they seem to look the same in every photo, they're fluffy and small so it's hard to even see they have feathered legs even when standing.

I think you might be right that it's a partridge cochin, they look very similar.
