What breed are these little ones?

Is it okay to have so many roosters in the same bunch? Should I get rid of some, try to get more pullets to even it out?

They're Production Red (hatchery "red" birds). Only Chickoletta looks like a pullet.
I agree; Chickoletta is your only pullet.

X2 on junebuggena and the 10 to 1 ratio. Too many roosters will become very hard physically on your hens; over-breeding them, biting and plucking the feathers from their necks and backs, battering them, and potentially, seriously injuring them. The only reason you really need a rooster is to fertilize eggs for hatching, and 1 rooster can easily handle 10-15 hens in this regard.

I agree only Chickoletta is a pullet. Actually anytime birds are sold "straight run," they end up being mostly cockerels. It better to pay more and get guaranteed pullets, when they are available. Extra males are very difficult to find homes for unless you don't mind folks taking them as a meal.
