A friend gifted me some rare chicken species(at my place) please help me identify.
I have been told they are Barnevelder but I am not sure as some of then lays green eggs

They're pretty, I've never seen a dark brown and gray chicken before.
First one could be an orpington mix, second one could have barnvelder blood, the third one could be a splash laced wyandotte or mix, the last one could be the barnvelder or a partridge (that's the color) Rock.

Could you identify which of the hens lays green eggs? The rooster appears to be an Orpington mix, possibly mixed with barnevelder.

Thanks :) but the green color that is a bit confusing or may be its nature

The rooster looks like a Blue Barnevelder to me. The hen after him though doesn't look like a Barnevelder. The other two could be, but I don't know if Barnevelders come in buff laced. A better picture of the last one would be helpful, but they both have the right shape. I think the leg color for all of them are off, but they have the right combs and all appear to have lacing, though if they are actually Barnevelders all but the male should be double laced.

Any way I have got the idea they are not pure breeds but a mixed ones :) Thanks for the feed back
