I couldn't say for sure at that age, but the paler ones could be Delawares and the black could be a black Wyandotte. It'll be easier to tell when they are feathered out.

No, its feathers aren't barred. It looks to have a rose comb, so that's why I guessed Wyandotte. Not many breeds with rose combs out there.
