What breed are these!!

Looking to get opinions of on the breed of these male and female. I am between 3 different breeds. Just want to get other opinions!!

not laying yet.... she is just at 21 weeks.

The rooster is not an ameraucana. He would have a pea comb muffs and a beard if he was.

I was kind of between a Welsummer, barnevelder, and maybe ameraucana (but only this one as that is what i was told they were when i picked them up) but i really do not think they are the last one.

Yes, now looking up some pictures i def think the cockerel is a Black Copper Maran!!!
