What breed are these!!

Better photos are required to identify them properly. Close up, individual side profile shots so that we can see body shape and including legs and feet, as shank colour plays an important part in differentiating between breeds and a head on photo showing comb type.

If the pullet has a single comb (I can't make her comb type out from that photo) and yellow legs she is a welsummer.
I think the cockerel might be a mixed breed. I'm not seeing a Black Copper Marans. What colour are his legs? Are they feathered? If he has clean yellow shanks, then he might be a welsummer too, but not a good example of the breed.... much as I am sure he is handsome.
 
Can you get a better picture of the hens comb. I think she has a pea comb but the angle makes it hard to know for sure

Got some better ones for you.
His shanks are yellow but the female isn't. Legs have no feathering.
