What breed are these?

Last fall I bought some “sexed pullets” at Tractor Supply. First off, out of 16 chicks 5 were roosters. The most frustrating is that they were completely mis-identified. I haven’t purchased chicks in several years, so I’m a little rusty on identifying them. The two breeds I’m not familiar with are these red ones and these black ones. The reds are beauties with penciling on the feathers. They have a single comb. The rooster has bright yellow legs.
The black ones are shiny black with the green “beetle” sheen. They have some scarce feathers on the legs. I think they have a rose comb, but not 100% sure. Any help with identifying them would be appreciated. Thank you!

#1 is a Partridge Rock. #2 almost reminds me of a Langshan, but I could be wrong. Currently a little stumped over the cockerel....
