What breed are these?

The golden one look just like my BO's. I have a few that are a rich deep golden color and then some that are just a yellowish gold.

I find it VERY relaxing to just sit and watch them.


I am really looking forward to raising NHR's from my pullets. They are really neat birds also.

i went and looked up the cuckoo marans, just out of curiousity, and I have GOT to get some of those chickens!!!! My husband loves brown eggs, so he would REALLY like the eggs from those chickens. He says there is a difference in the taste of brown eggs vs white eggs, I cant tell, so I just may have to invest in getting some of these chickens.
