what breed are these?

These bantams are almost 3 weeks old. I was told the mom was a d'uccle, and there was a sebright and cochin bantam rooster running around. Only one has feathered feet though. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking momma stole someone else's eggs. Feathered legs are dominant, and all her genetic offspring should have at least some feathers on the legs regardless of the father. They're barnyard mix.
