What breed are they?

These chicks are a couple weeks old.

So I see one Favorelles for sure. Five toes= Favorelles. I'd have to see the feet on the others plus natural lighting to be sure of breeds.

These chicks look like bantams of different breeds. I'm guessing you got them from TSC or a similar place? If so, that narrows down the possibilities. The chick with the 5 toes looks to have white feathers coming in so it may be a sultan- there should be a crest- maybe it is a small one. The other white one looks like it is a black tailed white japanese. The other two are mille fleur d'Uccles.

Yes, there are several kinds with 5 toes. Silkies and Dorkings also have 5 toes, but that particular chick is not either of those breeds. (A Silkie would also have black skin, a crest on the head, and silkied feathers; a Dorking would have legs and feet with no down or feathers on them.)
