How do you name them before you know the gender?

Dovey and Lulu look like cockrels to me. Lovey's legs are not as stocky as those two's. Judging purely by leg thickness lovey is pullet.

I think you have mostly pullets. Lovey is the only one that looks like a definite roo.

1 or 2 others are still iffy. Post back in a month if you're still not sure.

Lovey is a roo (notice the three rows of bumps in his comb), but the rest look like pullets...but I can't see the comb clearly and straight on for a few others.

The Light Brahma does look like a cockerel, for sure. They tend to be good boys.

I named Lulu from a favorite movie line: Hush your beak Lulu!!!!!

Lulu is VERY talkative. I also let my mom help name them. I will probably have a roo with a girly name!!
