What breed are we?

Picked up three lovely pullets today that all lay only olive-to-pale-green eggs. Of the little I know, being new to chickens, I suspect Ameraucana, but I could be way off.

EE's what color eggs do they lay?

Yes, they are EE's. EE's normally lay green/blue eggs, but they can lay brown eggs too.
