What breed chick looks like a chipmunk

Down colour and pattern indicate the genetic makeup; there are a lot of varieties that have chipmunk striped down, and there is some differences between different chipmunk striping. Anyways, down colour/pattern does NOT indicate breed, but rather variety. Without more information there is no way to say what your chick was.

My GLW was marked like a chipmunk

but was/is standard size. Was it for certain a bantam, or could it have been a runt or something wrong with it (since it died)??
