What breed could this be?

I’m always fascinated by mixed breeds and how they turn out.
I know that’s how they do an Olive Egger cross.
Cross a blue egg layer with a brown egg layer.
But you might not get green eggs.
Pinkish eggs sound pretty cool too

Actually, an olive egger is a cross of a dark brown egg layer with a blue egg layer, not just a brown egg layer. You'd need a Welsummer or Barnevelder or Penedesenca or Marans, for example, to make an olive egger. A Barred Rock won't usually get you an olive egger, though I have one BR hen who lays a rather dark brown egg (she has a smidge of Delaware in her, so that's where her egg color comes from).

That second hen's sire was a hatchery EE, so he may not have been pure for the pea comb gene, judging by her single comb. If she had come out with a pea comb, she most likely would have laid green eggs. The pea comb and the blue egg gene are closely related, generally, though I have encountered some bizarre genetic stuff that supposedly could not have happened. Crosses can be pretty fun.
