What breed do these Bantams look like?

I got two Bantams from the feed store but I am not sure what they are? Would someone be able to identify them for me?

#1 is possibly a self blue Old English Game bantam. Self blue is another way of saying lavender-- in Orpingtons and Ameraucanas the color is called lavender, in Old English Games it's called self blue. It's the same thing.
#2 is possibly a black Old English Game.

I'm not positive on these, so hopefully others will weigh in.

I've noticed the black one, Penelope , has grown (body size, comb and wattle) quite a bit more than the blue one, Pearl; could that be an indicator that Penelope could be a Roo? Plus I've noticed that Penelope is the most aggressive out of the 4 birds we got (2 RIRs also, which are so sweet ❤).The bantams were straight run from the feed store.
