What breed do you think this is?

I was told this was a bearded silkie, however, I don't see any resemblance to a silkie. I'm new to all this chicken business, so I certainly am not an expert on what breeds are what. I have some little white silkies, and they don't look a thing like this guy! LOL If it helps, he also has feathered feet. I really like this rooster, but I wold love to know what breed he really is. Thanks for your help!
