Yes, she is staying smallish. I thought maybe silkie mix of some sort. Not personable but not Roo-like either.

Polish/Barred Rock mixes. The combo does make them sexlinked. If they had Legbar in them, the pullet would not be so dark, and the crests would be much smaller. Plus the skin is white, not yellow.
