A guess would be brown based on his appearance

Earlobe color usually denotes egg color. White earlobes white eggs. Red earlobes means brown or other brown based colors.

So if he is brown. I could cross him with a blue Easter egg or my Americana and should get some form of green?

Looking at him, I'm thinking barnyard mix with brown egger genes. So, if your EE lays blue eggs, any offspring should lay green eggs. If your EE lays green eggs, you'll probably get a mix of green and brown in the pullet offspring.
