argghhh-- your lil red one IS looking real cocky- with the brighter, patchier colors and the beetle sheen color on the tail

How old are they again..?

I'd like to say maybe it's 'early' development on a new red pullet I'm don't know- which could be more than possible-

#2 is your Black Copper Maran
#3 looks to me like a Black Australorp

And for the genders - So far they are all looking like females to me!

chick 1. Has light pink legs
Chicks 2 and 3 have dark slate legs
I’ll see if I can get some better pictures

If brown or black looking eyes it’s an australorp
